The first Dublin distilled Single Pot Still to come out of the city in nearly 50 years. Crafted using a recipe of 50% unmalted spring barley & 50% malted barley which has been triple distilled and matured in hand selected casks - ex-bourbon, ex-wine and virgin oak. Batch 1 from our Dublin distillery pays homage to the famous Dublin style of Irish whiskey, bottled at 46% with no chill filtration.
